| Credit Card payments | | We only accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Any combo or individual tickets purchased with a credit card will be charged $5.00 processing fee in addition to the ticket charges. |

| Confirmation | | We will send you a confirmation mail once we receive and process your payments. You are required to present your drivers license or State Accepted ID card to pick up your badge at the conference registration booth. |
| Returned (Bounced) Checks | | For returned checks we will charge you $50.00 processing fee per returned check. Your registration will be voided and discarded and you will be required to re-register and obtain a new ID number along with a payment of the combo rate at the time plus $50.00 by an official check such as cashiers check or money order. You will lose your pre-early bird rate if you do not submit your payment before the date indicated. |

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to December 1,2008 Full refund minus $50.00 processing fee.
Prior to February 1,2009 65% refund
Prior to April 5, 2009 25% refund
After April 5, 2009 No Refunds
Combo tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE!
(All cancellation requests must be in writing and POSTMARKED on or before April 5, 2009.)

| Non-Transferable Combo Tickets | | All combo tickets are Non-Transferable. If they are sold or transferred to a different unauthorized party prior or during the conference, these combo tickets will be voided unless they are charged and processed with a $100.00 processing fee. |
| Lost Badges | | If for any reason, the badges is lost during the conference, there is a charge of $75.00 to process a new badge however it is NOT refundable if the original badge were found. |
| Special Needs Requests | All special needs requests such as Deaf-Blind interpreting for official conference functions must be made in advance.
The deadline to submit a special need request form is March 1, 2009.
If there are any special needs requests made during the conference, we will NOT be responsible for last minute requests due to the size of the conference.
PLEASE do not wait until the conference to declare your special needs.
For any special needs during non-conference functions are to be made by the person at his/her own expenses. |
