Deadline for notification of special needs and accommodations: March 1, 2009.
FAD 2009 will make every effort to accommodate 2009 FAD Conference special needs that are requested prior to March 1, 2009. Please note that FAD 2009 cannot commit to special accommodation requests made after March 1, 2009, including the week of the conference.
(We will not honor any requests if made at the conference due to limited resources we may have during the conference week.)
Special needs include, but are not limited to close vision seating; close vision, tactile, and oral interpreting; Special Service Provider (SSP) needs.
